Trainer and Assessor – Cert III in Individual Support

Royal College of Healthcare is a boutique Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that specialises in quality training within the healthcare industry.  Due to ongoing business growth, Royal College of Healthcare is currently seeking a Casual Trainer and Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Individual Support.



This role will see you performing a range of delivery, assessment and administrative tasks to provide quality outcomes to students across the Certificate III in Individual Support. We have a training position available for approximately 2-3 days per week, for a class based in Chermside (Thursday & Friday as the proposed delivery days), commencing in late October.


  • Do you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care?
  • Do you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment? (please note that this qualification is a non-negotiable requirement)
  • Have you recently had experience working in an Aged Care facility and understand the demands of working in such an industry?
  • Do you want to take your passion to new lengths and being shaping the carers of tomorrow in a training and assessment role?
  • Do you have your own transport and a driver's license valid in QLD?


Our ideal candidate is someone who has a soaring passion for Aged Care, has worked in the field for a number of years and understands the demands of the industry. Above all, we are looking for someone who is willing to pass on their knowledge to students looking to enter, or up-skill in the industry.
